Mixed use commercial/residential project comprised of (1) concrete tower building of 26 stories. complete design of all structural members of this building from foundation to roof including envelope system, recreational deck and pool framing. The tower structure is comprised of a PT flat concrete slab over concrete columns and concrete shear walls supported on pile foundations. The building is as a non-sway system with rigid diaphragms on every story. The rigid diaphragm is a typical post tensioned slab of 8” thick and the lateral system relies on the concrete shear walls. The envelope system is comprised of non-bearing reinforced C.M.U. walls.
