Residential project comprised of (1) concrete tower building of 50 levels. Parking extends throughout the entire site area on the first level. overseeing the construction progress, provided continuos coordination and visits required to accommodate field conditions, reviewed shop drawings and submittals, provided construction repairs, provided inspections of reinforcing steel, steel tendons and placement, inspections of the formwork, verification of use of required concrete mix, inspection of concrete placement of deep foundations, shear walls, concrete beams and columns, post-tension slabs, review of pile deviations, review of liftoff reports, verification of slump flow and VSI masonry grout mix, inspection of masonry reinforcement, inspection of grout placement. I also was the project manager for the redesign and modifications carried out since I took over the project.
