Design of a new process pipe line running about 700 yards long. Design of steel and concrete unstruted pipe supports, crossing steel bridge and grading renovations. Developed steel 3D ETABS FEA models, calculated and assigned seismic response spectrum forces, ASCE-7 wind loads, temperature and friction forces to FEA model. Developed FEA RAM Connection models for all types of steel seismic connections. Pipe stress analysis and development of ISO drawings and BOM. Detailing of steel pipe rack, connections and shallow and deep foundations. Foundations for static and dynamic equipment. Developed structural calculations for this project. P66 Conoco Phillips.
